Some common questions
When do you deliver and collect?
We operate a 24 hour service. Just schedule your delivery and collection time on our booking form mentioned above and we will make sure we deliver in accordance to your requirements.
When do I have to advise final quantitys?
The deadline for quantity changes is 1 -2 weeks prior to the event date. Please advise final quantities only when you have quantities 100% finalised. Please do not provide daily updates of quantities going up or down. We have plenty in stock so please do not worry. All we need is a final quantity request within the time period and we are good to go. If you are still unsure we recommend hiring a couple more just in case. If they are not used on tables we can place them in a reception or bar area.
How do we get our centrepieces branded?
Please send all image files to [email protected] 2 weeks prior to the event date. All submitted designs need to be submitted in the correct format. Please refer to the branding page for more information.
Do you place the centrepieces on the table?
Yes. We offer a complete service. We deliver, assemble and place the centres on the table. We then leave you with the remote and return once the event has finished for collection. You don't have to do a thing, leaving you to concentrate on the running of the event.
Is the light base included in the price?
Yes. We include the base in the price.
How does the remote work?
Point the remote at the centrepiece and select your chosen colour or effect. It's super easy.
Do the centrepieces require a power supply?
Not at all. All of our products are battery powered. They will stay lit between 10 to 16 hours, depending which colour you select. PAT Testing is not required for battery powered items.
How are we best to communicate order details?
If something comes up after booking form submission please continue all communication in this email thread. We use a CRM system so the email is linked to your order file. This means anything we discuss in this email will be captured at the order review stage. We are always ready to talk on the phone but find the best way to capture order requirements is via email.
