Branded Centrepiece Requirements​

Standard printing

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we have currently quoted our standard printing system. This would basically mean the same black prints on every single centrepiece. Image files need to be in the following format.

• PDF is best for us
• Horizontal, not vertical
• 300dpi is ideal
• Cropped correctly with no large white borders.
• In black and white colours

Non-Standard printing

​We can get a lot more creative and the restrictions outlined in the standard printing service do not apply here. If you would like to add any of the following services please advise and we will provide a price.

• Full vinyl wrap without sizing restrictions
• Coloured printing
• Table numbers added to the centrepiece
• Individual designs for each table centrepiece
• QR Codes

Standard Printing

If you are printing using our standard printing service, your coloured logo needs to be converted to black and white. If you would like us to do this for you please advise and we will make an offer.

Your image needs to be good quality, cropped correctly and in the horizontal position, The below are some examples that should help get the key points across.

The prefect Example: The below logo looks great. The image is well cropped with not too much space surrounding the logo. The quality of the image is also good. Perfect.

 Bad Example 1: The below image is cropped correctly, but the quality isn't great. This will get picked up at print stage. We would need to do some work on this. if it doesn't look good on a laptop it won't look as good on the centrepiece

Bad Example 2: This one also requires some work as the logo is in colour and it has too much white space surrounding it. We could either convert it to black or white or have it printed in colour by a local printer at an extra cost.

Lastly but not least, please make sure the image you submit is horizontal.

Printing Sizes

Ice Tubes

Maximum number of sides can you print on: 2
Maximum print size for mini size ice tube: 10cm x 35cm
Maximum print size for small size ice tube: 10cm x 35cm
Maximum print size for large size ice tube: 10cm x 50cm

Branded Blocks

Maximum number of sides can you print on: 4
Maximum print size for small size: 10cm x 50cm
Maximum print size for large size: 10cm x 80cm

The Cube

Maximum number of sides can you print on: 5
Maximum print size: 10cm x 20cm
​We can increase the height but have to outsource the printing. Please advise if you would like more details.

LED Balls

Maximum number of sides can you print on: 2 to 4
Maximum print size: 3.5cm x 20cm
Due to the spherical shape we can not print higher than 3cm high as you begin to get creasing. We can increase the height but have to outsource the printing. Please advise if you would like more details.

The Small Spire

Maximum number of sides can you print on: 4

The Large Spire

Maximum number of sides can you print on: 4

The pyramid

Maximum number of sides can you print on: 4

The Branded Pod

Maximum number of sides can you print on: 2 to 4
