Booking Form for Events

Please find the booking form below but before you complete it, please note the following points.
1) This form is issued to the member of staff on the day of your event and only relates to the running of your event. Please do not use the form to communicate quantity changes or decoration selection. This information needs to be captured on our email communication / price summary.
2) If you do not have the requested information at this stage please just add TBA.
3) The timing information is the part we are most interested in at this stage as it allows us to schedule your order and assign a member of staff.
4) If you are hiring either the Crystal Trees or the Ostrich Feathers we recommend you reading section 2 of our terms and conditions.
5) If you press the enter key at any point it submits the booking form. It can get annoying. If using a laptop just use the tab or mouse click.

Please provide accurate times without adding contingency. We will add an appropriate contingency to ensure your event runs smoothly.

What time will your guests walk in to the room where the centrepieces are to be positioned? *

Please advise the collection time. We generally collect immediately after the event has ended as it reduces the risk of loss and damage. If you do require a collection the following day we may have to charge extra for a security deposit to cover the increase in risk. *

Please let us know of any special requirements with regards to timings / structure of the day that may be relevant to us. *

3) Venue Details

As we use a Sat Nav please make sure the post code is correct. Please also advise any special instructions with regards to delivery. If the venue is difficult to find or parking is awkward we need to know as we want to avoid any delays that could make us late for the build.
